What is mindfulness and how to incorporate it in our lives

I chat with Michelle from Holistic Pillars about how to achieve the concept of mindfulness (note, we’re not talking about meditation).

Being mindful means to be paying attention to the present moment, deliberately, on purpose and non-judgementally. We can do this while drinking a cup of coffee, walking the dog or when we’re in conversation with someone.
